How your data is isolated
Each tenant's data is isolated by namespace, so one tenant cannot read or write another's memory. Access within a tenant is scoped per agent and per role, and every change — every fact written, superseded, or closed — is recorded as an immutable audit record. Because abagraph is bitemporal and history-is-data, we do not silently overwrite information; prior states remain part of the record.
What we collect
We collect the account information you provide, such as your email address, and basic usage data needed to operate and improve the service. The memory your agents write is your content; we process it to provide recall, context assembly, and the other features you use.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your tenant content with other tenants. Note that automated PII masking in abagraph is partial — it is a best-effort aid, not a guarantee — so you remain responsible for what you choose to store.
Deletion and your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will remove your account information and tenant content in accordance with that request, subject to legitimate operational and legal retention needs.
